| 科学技術研究にあたっても、社会の望ましいあり方の構想と社会のリアルな作動の的確な把握の双方が不可欠である。このセミナーでは、こうした複眼的視座から現代社会の重要な現象や問題を取り上げて文献講読と討論を行うことを通じて、社会への視野を深める。今年は以下の本の輪読と討論を行う。 ・クラウディア・ゴールデン著「なぜ男女の賃金に格差があるのか」 (定員10名)。 |
| In science and technology research as well, it is essential to have both a vision of the desirable state of society and an accurate grasp of the real operation of society. In this seminar, we will deepen our perspective on society through literature reading and discussion on important phenomena and issues in contemporary society from such a multifaceted viewpoint. This year, we will read and discuss the following book together with the students. ・Claudis Goldin "Career and Family: Women's Century-Long Journey toward Equity" (Capacity of 10). |

| 教科書を読んで内容を発表し、議論する用意をしてくること。約2時間必要。 本学では1単位当たりの学修時間を45時間としています。毎回の授業にあわせて事前学修・事後学修を行ってください。 |
| Read the textbook for preparing the class (about 2hour). Please note that KIT requires 45 hours of study from students to award one credit, including both in-class instructions as well as study outside classes. Students are required to prepare for each class and complete the review after each class. |
