授業の目的・概要 Objectives and Outline of the Course
デザイン界で活躍する国内外のデザイン関連実践者を招聘し、そのデザイン思想や方法について論じてもらう。毎学期招聘講師が異なるため１～１５という決まった形式をとることは困難である。テーマによっては、効率と効果を考慮して集中的に実施する場合もある。
Top practitioners of the design field will give special lectures on their own design philosophy and methodologies. Lecturers invited by the program should be unique to each other, then it is not proper to set each class content prior to the classes. According to themes of them, there are possibilities to have intensive classes during the semester.

1．多様なデザインの実践例を知る。 2．実践者固有のプロセスを理解する。 3．固有事例と自らの研究テーマとの関係性を考察する。

開講日時、場所に関する情報に留意すること。（Moodleサイトにて） 本学では1単位当たりの学修時間を45時間としています。毎回の授業にあわせて事前学修・事後学修を行ってください。
Note information about the opening of a course date, time, and place. It will be posted on the Moodle site. Please note that KIT requires 45 hours of study from students to award one credit, including both in-class instructions as well as study outside classes. Students are required to prepare for each class and complete the review after each class.

成績評価の方法及び基準 Grading Policy
受講者が作成するレポートによる。全体回数の１/３以上を欠席した場合は、評価対象外とする。
Evaluation will be made by a report submitted by a participant. Students who are absent 1/3 of all lectures or more will be not evaluated.

留意事項等 Point to consider
１年次に履修のこと。デザイン学特別講義Ｃとの同時履修はできない。
Take this course in your first year. This course cannot be taken simultaneously with Design Studies Special Lecture C.
