授業の目的・概要 Objectives and Outline of the Course
デザイン・建築学課程関係の教員全員が少人数クラスを担当して、各研究分野に則した指導を行う。担当教員それぞれの分野に応じて随時いろいろな演習方法がとられる。美学・美術史、造形論などの基本理論。デザイン論、造形技術およびそれらをふまえたビジュアルデザイン等のデザインの創造並びに製作手法の検証。建築史、建築論、設計理論。住居論、住居計画。以上の分野について理論的考察をおこなうか、または関連する分野を含めて具体的作品の設計をおこなう。さらにデザインの工学的側面とその実現過程に注目し、都市、建築、室内等の各生活空間並びに機器などの造形対象物の企画、計画、設計技法を考察する。または構造、設備に関わる建築物の生産に関する技法手法を考究する。
All the undergrad program of design and architecture related teachers are in charge of small seminars and give instructions which met with each research field. Various practice methods are taken depending on a field of the each teacher. The fields covered by the program are, i.e. the fundamental theories such as aesthetics, history of art, formative theory, the creation of design such as product design, visual design, interior design, media design, the architectural theory such as history of architecture, theory of architectural design, housing theory and planning. Each student is supposed to make theoretical considerations about above-mentioned fields or execute own projects creating design works. In the process, the feasibility of each design should be considered with an engineering or scientific point of view. Therefore, methodologies for survey, planning, designing, and production for each field are also a subject to be pursued in the seminars.

授業時間外学習（予習・復習等） Required study time, Preparation and review
実習室は適正に使用すること。本学では1単位当たりの学修時間を45時間としています。毎回の授業にあわせて事前学修・事後学修を行ってください。
Please note that KIT requires 45 hours of study from students to award one credit, including both in-class instructions as well as study outside classes. Students are required to prepare for each class and complete the review after each class.

成績評価の方法及び基準 Grading Policy
実習に取り組む態度、提出された実習の成果ならびにプレゼンテーションの結果による。
