| 理工系のリーダー人材として必要な、地域社会・企業から求められている能力「コミュニケーション力、リーダーシップ、課題解決力」を理解し育成する課目。 特に京都府北部地域をベースに地域課題を考え、多分野の人材が相互に協力して解決へ導くためのプロセスを体験しながら学びます。 5月18、19日 チームビルディング合宿 8月21、22日、23日 本合宿 |
| The ability to understand and nurture the ability "communication skill, leadership, problem solving power" required by local society / enterprise, which is necessary as a human resource of science and engineering leaders. In particular, considering regional issues based on the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture, we will learn while experiencing the process for multi-disciplinary human resources to cooperate with each other to guide solutions. |

| 5月第1回集中講義開始後、各チームに分かれ地域課題について取り組んでいただきます。 8月の第2回集中講義までの期間は、各チームでのチームビルディング、リサーチなどを行っていただくため、 グループワークの時間が週1－2時間必要となります。 本学では1単位当たりの学修時間を45時間としています。毎回の授業にあわせて事前学修・事後学修を行ってください。 |
| After the first intensive lecture in May, the participants will be divided into teams to work on regional issues. In the period leading up to the second intensive lecture in August, we will need 1-2 hours per week of group work time for each team to conduct team building, research, etc. Group work will be required for 1-2 hours per week. Please note that KIT requires 45 hours of study from students to award one credit, including both in-class instructions as well as study outside classes. Students are required to prepare for each class and complete the review after each class. |
