授業の目的・概要 Objectives and Outline of the Course
教育実習とは、学校の現場で実際の教育活動を体験し、教育についての理解を一層深めるとともに、実践的指導力を身に付け、教員としてふさわしい人間を形成するために行われている。教育実習の事前指導として、教育実習の意義と目的、具体的な内容や方法、教育実習生としての心得と服務等を理解し、教育実習に臨む心構えを作るとともに、事後指導として、教育実習で得られた成果と課題について省察する。これらを通して教育実習の意義を理解する。
Educational training is designed for students to experience actual educational activities at school sites, to further deepen their understanding of education, to acquire practical leadership skills, and to form individuals suitable for teaching. As part of the pre-educational training guidance, students understand the significance and purpose of the educational training, the specific contents and methods of the training, and the mentality and duties of an educational intern to prepare them for the educational training, and as part of the post-educational training guidance, they reflect on the results and issues they have gained from the educational training. Through these activities, students will understand the significance of educational practice.

授業の目的・概要
Objectives and Outline of the Course

教育実習とは、学校の現場で実際の教育活動を体験し、教育についての理解を一層深めるとともに、実践的指導力を身に付け、教員としてふさわしい人間を形成するために行われている。教育実習の事前指導として、教育実習の意義と目的、具体的な内容や方法、教育実習生としての心得と服務等を理解し、教育実習に臨む心構えを作るとともに、事後指導として、教育実習で得られた成果と課題について省察する。これらを通して教育実習の意義を理解する。

履修条件 Prerequisite(s)
教育実習Ｉまたは教育実習Ⅱとともに履修すること。
Must be taken together with Educational Practicum I or Educational Practicum II.

授業時間外学習（予習・復習等） Required study time, Preparation and review
各授業について、予習・復習（小レポート作成）に概ね３時間の学習時間を要する。本学では1単位当たりの学修時間を45時間としています。毎回の授業にあわせて事前学修・事後学修を行ってください。
For each class, approximately 3 hours of study time is required for preparation and review. Please note that KIT requires 45 hours of study from students to award one credit, including both in-class instructions as well as study outside classes. Students are required to prepare for each class and complete the review after each class.

教科書／参考書 Textbooks/Reference Books
教科書は使用しない。毎回、プリントを配布する。
No textbooks are used. Printed materials will be distributed at each lecture.

成績評価の方法及び基準 Grading Policy
学期末試験は行わず，毎回の課題レポートや発表の合計で評価し60％以上を合格とする（ただし，授業回数3分の2以上の出席が条件）。
No final exam will be given, but students will be evaluated on the basis of their reports and presentations, with 60% or more passing. （Attendance of at least two-thirds of the classes is required）

留意事項等 Point to consider
「教育実習Ⅲ」は教育実習に参加するための必須条件である。また、「教職実践演習」への橋渡しともなるので、実習終了後はその反省に基づき、各自の課題を明確にしておくこと。集中講義となるので、学内の掲示に注意すること。
